The club guy is good for a HOOK UP (alcohol can trick you into thinking that he might not be such a jerk when he's sober... UMMMM, WROOOOONG!!!
Now my online guys have been interesting!!! That's where I met my white guy, my muslim guy and my 'professional' liar guy (that little fling resulted in matching tattoos :-( )...

I've always grew up believing that being hooked up by a friend or family member is the best way to go. However my past experiences like this were better off being dismissed just by hearing the basic facts about the guy regardless of how many mutual friends we had in common.
I've tried the "online dating scene" for a little. Worked out "ok" until I met this non-religious "single" guy who happened to be a married PREACHER. YEAH EXACTLY! I couldn't make this up! I guess there isn't a SPECIFIC/BEST place to meet a man. Only God would know...but I'm sure a club would be out of the question lol
i think the best place for ME to meet a guy is online (first)...they take POF (plenty of fish) for example. i get a chance to read what he is about FIRST and see if he sparks my interest. after a few back-and-forth note sending...and i feel that he is worthy of having my number...we go on to the next step and have the phone convo and TRY to set-up a meeting place if all is a go. the club is a definite No No! i'm not even going to break that one down, lol. i don't even do the friend hook up thing...because if ANYTHING goes wrong...ur friend is ALWAYS caught up in the middle of ur business (arguement wise). let's just say everything was going good: and ur friend peeps this...and is looking @ him like DAMN! i didn't know he was really like that! this is a given ladies! she's gonna try to get at him.
