My friends Cassy and Melissa ;-) suggested. Plenty of Fish. I've been on there since about last summer. Went on one date ( No Bueno) and closed my page for a few months because I was getting nothing but barracudas and clown fish! Then I changed my vibration to be open to new things and I have been cyberspace pimping (or fishing) ever since. This time around I have chatted with a few eels, puffer fish, and went on a date with a great guy (dolphin like me). We still communicate and plan on getting together again very soon. I've chatted with a few people that probably wouldn't have gotten a tug on their fishing pole from me before. Even though most of the "fish" don't make it past the hook stage, I see it as a great avenue to test the waters of different types of men without ever really having to take the plunge. I'm meeting up with a true Italian gentleman next week, hope the accent comes along with some good cooking lol. Will keep you posted :-)
I haven't been as fortunate with the online dating as Ms. Rachel, Some of you have heard the tales of my laughable dates, but I think it can be a great avenue for meeting different kinds of men as Rachel stated...
Some of you may not know this, LOL I met my man via Online Dating. I didn’t want to XPOSE it, but hellll…why not! I used to knock it back in the day until I tried sites like POF, Sugar Daddy, and Match.com… It was pretty fun meeting new people and some CRAZY stalker ones too, LOL…overall I’m down with COMPUTER LOVE! (singing the song)
online dating is cool as long as u pin point the signs of craziness. like rachel, i've used POF as a preferred dating website. i've had my bad experiences as well as some good ones. the current guy that i'm seeing now i've met off of there. he has good qualities thus far (he's a pilot, has a house, a car, the family family dog, boat in the yard and money in the bank). im keeping my fingers crossed. nowadays to meet people u have to be open-minded. so yes, i do the online dating thing. has its good and bad like everything else in life
